Chemical Peels

Salicylic Peel – Effectively exfoliates the skin, treating blemishes including blackheads and whiteheads, for a deep pore cleansing. Salicylic acid, a beta hydroxyl acid from willow tree bark, is not recommended for those allergic to aspirin. Alone or with microdermabrasion, this peel refines the skin’s texture and minimizes enlarged pores by killing acne bacteria and the oil that the bacteria feed from. Recommended for acne/oily skin.

Glycolic Peel – An excellent superficial peel, glycolic acid is an alpha hydroxyl acid, derived from sugar cane, that acts as a keratolytic agent (removes the top layers of skin) and opens blocked pores, leaving a smoother skin surface. Safe for all skin types, recommended for oily/ combination skin, and hyperpigmentation.

Orange TCA Peel – This peel can restore tighter, smoother, and younger looking skin regardless of age, color, or skin type. Non-facial areas, such as the neck, chest, arms, hands, back and legs, can also be treated. This treatment improves sun damage, dark spots, fine lines, wrinkles, acne and shallow scars, as well as large pores. Healing occurs in approximately 7-10 days. Most patients need 2-3 peels to achieve optimal results. Up to 4 coats may be applied to the face and 2 coats from the neck down.

Melanage Mini Peel – The melanage mini peel is a mid level peel that corrects hyperpigmentation.
